How can we help?
Payment
At Educate Online, all payments must be made in advance to confirm your tutoring sessions. We accept multiple payment methods including bank transfer, Wise, PayPal, and other regionally supported platforms. Invoices are issued upon request or automatically for packages. All prices are listed in the relevant currency and may include applicable taxes.
Payment
All sessions must be paid for in advance via our secure Stripe payment gateway. Payments are processed in relative currency. Your bank may charge conversion fees if using another currency. Charges will appear on your bank statement as “Educate Online (SMC-Pvt) Ltd”.
Refund Policy
We strive for complete satisfaction. If you're unhappy after the first session, we provide a full refund or a free replacement session. Refunds do not apply to: Missed sessions without notice, Sessions cancelled after the rescheduling period, Partially used packages. If granted, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Responsibilities
We are not liable for any academic outcomes. Our tutors will work to support and enhance your learning, but success depends on student engagement and effort.
Changes

Booking & Cancellation
Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. You may reschedule with 24 hours’ notice at no additional charge.
